RESERVATIONS REQUIRED  Start your reservation process by checking if your preferred date is available and then call us directly to book your reservation. The balance is due approximately 10 days prior to arrival for cabin rentals. Camping reservations requires payment 24 hours prior to arrival. All cabins have a two night minimum stay. We will ask for an approximate arrival time so that we are prepared for your arrival. 

CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email a few days after you make your reservation. This will show your balance due for lodging. Approximately 10 days prior to arrival the balance is paid and you will receive an email with the lock box key code as well as your paid receipt. We will send driving directions if you are a first time guest or as requested. 

CANCELLATIONS  If you must cancel please let us know as soon as possible. You will be charged one full night of your reservation if you cancel within 24 of arrival. No shows will be charged one full night of the reservation. Refunds will be sent by mail ten days after the reservation date. We must have your current address on file to mail a refund check. 

RESPONSIBLE PARTY  By making a reservation you agree to be the responsible party for your group. It is your responsibility to inform all parties in your group of the rules and expectations by Lost Cabins. You will be held responsible for damage caused by anyone in your group. You are responsible for any additional fees that occur.

LIABILITY RELEASE  All guests and visitors must agree to the following liability release: you and your guests agree to release Lost Cabins Resort, llc and Gerald and Sandy Smith from ALL liability for injuries and accidents to you, your guests/visitors and your personal property (including pets and vehicles). Floating, canoeing, other outdoor activities and camping have inherent risk and you agree that you accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents and damages. By booking a reservation you agree to this liability release.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK OUT  Check in anytime after 3pm. Check out anytime before 12pm. There is no formal check in process. You will receive instructions by email on accessing your cabin or camp site. We will be around shortly after you arrive to make sure you have settled in. Early check in is sometimes possible with advance notice. When you are ready to check out leave your key in the cabin. We expect dishes to be washed and the trash to be taken out. We will be around shortly after your departure to start the cleaning process. 

PETS AND VISITORS  We welcome well behaved pets. Pets must be leashed or in control at all times. There is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night. If you are not sure if you will be bringing your pet at the time of the reservation, we can add on the pet fee at a later time. If you expect day visitors please let us know approximate arrival and departure times. There is a small fee for day visitors and their pets. 

PARKING  There is parking for a vehicle at your cabin and additional parking nearby. Do not block drive or access to river. The river access area is for loading and unloading only. Vehicles are not allowed to park on river access road or at river access area.

Quiet time is 11pm till 6am. For the safety of our guests the entrance gate is closed at dark. All cabins are non-smoking. You will be asked to vacate the premises if you, someone in your group or your pet is destructive or disruptive to other guests. No refunds if you are asked to leave.
